HURRICANE Submersible Aspirating Aerator

2-100 Hp (1.5 to 75 kW)
Ideal for aeration and mixing in digesters, equalization tanks and aeration basins. This 360 degree radially mixing/aeration system provides uniform air distribution for full-floor coverage. Adjustable air diffuser lengths customize each installation and adapt to rectangular or circular basins. Unit can operate as aerator/mixer, or just mixer. Completely submerged operation and high oxygen transfer. All stainless steel construction.

TORNADO Surface Aerator

2-100 Hp (1.5 to 75 kW)
The unit provides horizontal mixing and aeration. Ideal for wastewater treatment and supplemental aeration of lagoons and other large basins. Self aspirated, blower assisted and turbocharged versions available. Mounted on floats or on a wall, this unit features a solid shaft, sealed bearings, and large non-fouling propeller. Corrosion resistant, stainless steel construction - even the floats.

TWISTER Low Speed Aerator

2-150 Hp (1.5 to 110 kW)
Float or fixed mounted, this unit uses a partially submerged rotating turbine to effectively stir the basin while creating intense air-to-water mixing, resulting in high oxygen transfer. The turbine is specially shaped to eject debris. Applications include activated sludge, leachate treatment, extended aeration and oxidation ditches.

ZEPHYR Induced Air Flotation System

1/3 to 5 Hp (.25 to 3.75 kW) The system creates micro-fine bubbles which adhere to various solids, lifting them to the surface for skimming and disposal. An inexpensive alternative to a DAF system. The ZEPHYR is ideal for flotation and phase separation applications.

MONSOON Horizontally Mixing Surface Aerator

2-40 Hp(1.5 to 30 kW)
This floating paddlewheel aerator intensely mixes oxygen with water at, or near the surface, to produce super high oxygen transfer. A high quality gear reducer turns the paddlewheel at an efficient 60-70 rpm. All stainless steel construction is ideal for most wastewater treatment applications.

CYCLONE Custom Coarse Bubble Diffuser Piping Systems

Perfect for digesters, aerated grit chambers and deep aeration basins. Stainless steel piping systems with non-fouling diffusers are custom designed for your basin. Diffusers feature a diamond shape with 3 levels of air discharge and a bottom deflector to keep debris out. Custom piping systems made to fit your basin.

TYPHOON High Speed Aerator

Float mounted on the water surface, the TYPHOON Aerators submerged propeller is affixed to the lower end of the motor shaft. The rotating propeller draws water up through the intake cone and projects it outward, above the water line. The fine droplet spray causes low trajectory intense air-to-water mixing, resulting in excellent oxygen transfer. Proprietary engineering and meticulous construction specifications ensure that the TYPHOON Aerator runs right from the beginning and keeps running without time-consuming maintenance.

RIPTIDE Mixer

The RIPTIDE Direct Drive Surface Mixer delivers excellent directional mixing. Featuring a high-efficiency design, the RIPTIDE horizontally mixes all or part of a basin. Its rugged construction can withstand most applications. All stainless steel construction - even the floats.
